I spent a while this afternoon – one of my late summer pastimes now that the weather isn’t so terribly hot – in my hammock, reading Bella Grace for some journaling inspiration. I love relaxing in the hammock, just enjoying the air and the late afternoon sun, reading, and thinking. And writing!. Of course I kept pausing to look at the fluffy white clouds passing by, and the little breeze just barely moving the leaves on the trees. Those leaves are still lovely and green now, but in about six weeks, some of them will actually turn color, even here in the South. Others will eventually turn brown and fall to make those lovely crunchy piles that children everywhere must love to play in – as I sometimes still do!
Bella Grace is a magazine that thinks it’s a book, according to the publishers at Stampington. And they are so right! It’s a wonderful publication with gorgeous photos, beautiful writing and ideas. Many of the articles are like journal entries – or series of entries – and offer windows into other lives and other times, the things that last and others that are fleeting, but all may be treasured. You’ll find marvelous lists to read through, ideas to try, nostalgia, remembrances, gratitude, and so much more! I love this magazine more than any other – although some of the other Stampington magazines are fantastic as well, and close behind!
